Veganism in a nutshell

I was invited by head chef (at the time) Oliver Weber at Crossroads at the Marriott Marquis in Doha to discuss a plant-based lifestyle. We covered everything from kitchen basics to get you started, all the way to some plant-based substitutes for an otherwise vegetarian or carnivore diet.

It was such a privilege to not only film this insert with Oliver, but also to host two successful plant-based brunches that were both sold out. I had a wonderful team of chefs that flawlessly helped me create some of my favourite sought-after dishes.

A special shout-out to Rupert Wilson for this initiative and to chef Simon Wipf for being a wonderful mentor and friend. I look forward to joining forces again for more plant-based pop-ups and brunches in 2023.
